ATTENTION APPLICANTS:

OUR EVENTS ARE FOR HANDMADE ARTISANS ONLY. 

ALL ITEMS BEING EXHIBITED MUST BE HAND MADE BY YOU. 

MANUFACTURED ITEMS CANNOT BE SOLD. 


OUR PROMISE TO YOU: WE PROMOTE AND ADVERTISE  ALL OF OUR EVENTS ON ALL OF OUR SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS, ON LONG ISLAND FESTIVAL/FAIR/THINGS TO DO SITES, WITH SIGNS POSTED IN AND AROUND THE  THE TOWN AND ON OUR WEBSITE! WE PLACE A LIMIT ON VENDORS FOR EACH CATEGORY. YOU WILL NEVER BE PLACED NEXT TO ANOTHER ARTISAN SELLING THE SAME THING.  
WE WANT YOU TO BE SUCCESSFUL! 


 These events are held outdoors RAIN or SHINE
(We've had some pretty awesome events in the pouring rain!)

NO REFUNDS 
 
One 10x10 space for one artist/crafter: $100.00 

Tents & Tables can be rented, if you need:
- One (10x10) Tent for $25
- One (6 ft.) Table for $10
- Two (6 ft.) Tables for $15

*There is a $50.00 late fee for payment submitted after the deadline.
(2 weeks prior to the event)

Step 2: EMAIL: LIArtShow@gmail.com with at least 5 photos of your work (Please include your name in the subject line).


Step 3: Wait for approval (this can take up to a 1 week). If you're approved, an invoice is sent via Square, and MUST be paid within 7 days.


Payment is safely accepted by credit card using Square.
